Partner – Operations & Advisory

CA Sneha Kedia brings a unique dual perspective to the firm — having spent 20 formative years as a Finance and Accounts Head in industry before joining KSKD & Associates in 2013. This firsthand experience of the client-side challenges gives her an empathetic, business-first approach to advisory.

She leads the firm's day-to-day operations and is the driving force behind its Virtual CFO, statutory audit, internal audit, and bookkeeping service lines. Her leadership ensures that clients receive not only technical accuracy but practical, business-relevant financial guidance.

KSKD & Associates founded by CA Deepak Kedia in Bangalore, with a focus on audit and taxation services for small and medium enterprises.

2000s

Expanded practice to serve export-oriented units, granite processing firms, and silk manufacturing & export companies across Karnataka.

2013

CA Sneha Kedia joins the firm as Partner, bringing industry-side finance leadership experience and expanding service capabilities in Virtual CFO and advisory.

2017

Successfully guided 100+ clients through India's landmark GST transition, establishing KSKD as a leading GST compliance and advisory practice in Bangalore.

2020–Present
